APSTAR 亞太 衛星 控股 有限公司 ” by APT Satellite APT SATELLITE HOLDINGS LIMITED ( Incorporated in Bermuda with limited liability ) ( Stock code : 1045 ) 2026 INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT The Board of Directors ( the " Board " ) of APT Satellite Holdings Limited ( the " Company " ) is pleased to announce the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries ( the “ Group ” ) for the six months ended 30 June 2026 . This interim result has been reviewed by the Company's Audit and Risk Management Committee ( the “ Audit and Risk Management Committee ” ) and independent auditors . INTERIM RESULTS For the first half year of 2026 , the Group's revenue amounted to HK $ 357,077,000 ( six months ended 30 June 2025 : HK $ 379,673,000 ) , representing 5.95 % decrease as compared with corresponding period in the previous financial year . The decrease in revenue was mainly attributable to the decrease in income from provision of satellite transponder capacity during the period . Profit attributable to equity shareholders amounted to HK $ 69,644,000 ( six months ended 30 June 2025 : HK $ 77,383,000 ) , representing 10.00 % decrease as compared with corresponding period in the previous financial year . Basic earnings per share and diluted earnings per share were both HK7.50 cents ( six months ended 30 June 2025 : HK8.33 cents ) . INTERIM DIVIDEND The Board has resolved to declare an interim dividend of HK2.00 cents per ordinary share for the six months ended 30 June 2026 ( six months ended 30 June 2025 : HK2.50 cents per ordinary share ) . The details of interim dividend of the Group are set out in note 7 of this announcement . The interim dividend will be paid on or about Wednesday , 14 October 2026 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company at the close of business on Wednesday , 23 September 2026 . * For identification purpose only
