This announcement is made b y the Company pursuant to Part XIV A of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rules 13.09(2)(a) and 13.10B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Listing Rules”). 1. The above target companies were consolidated into the Company ’s financial statements as at 1 June 2025. According to the relevant provisions of the Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, the Company restated and adjusted the opening balance for the current year and the amount for the same period of last year based on the principle of business combination under common control.
