Reference is made to the overseas regulatory announcement dated 2 3 October 202 5 (the “Announcement”) issued by Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. (the “ Company”), in relation to the Company’s subsidiary China National Medical Device Co., Ltd. ( 中國醫療器械有限公司) (“ CNMDC”)’s and its consolidated unaudited balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement for the nine months ended 30 September 2025 (the “Reporting Period”). The board of directors of the Company would like to draw the attention of its share holders and the public investors to the following principal unaudited financial data of CNMDC for the Reporting Period as set out in the Announcement. * The Company is registered as a non-Hong Kong company under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance under its Chinese name and the English name “Sinopharm Group Co.
