The average daily parcel volume is calculated by dividing the total parcel volume by the number of calendar days in the corresponding period, which is 273 days and 274 days for the first nine months of 2025 and 2024, respectively; 2. Except for the number of sorting centers and automated sorting machines, other data is rounded to the nearest approximation; 3. The business model in the New Markets is still being explored and optimized, and is not disclosed here; 4. The decrease in the number of network partners in SEA was mainly due to the fact that the Company optimized the network structure to enhance the service quality and efficiency; 5. The decrease in the number of network partners and outlets in China was mainly due to the fact that the Company optimized the network structure in China to enhance the operating capacity of single network partner and outlet; 6. The increase in the number of outlets in SEA was mainly due to the fact that the Company added new outlets to efficiently dispatch parcels; 7. The decrease in the number of outlets in the New Markets was mainly due to the Company’s optimization of outlets based on the business conditions in different countries; 8. The increase in the sorting centers in the New Markets was mainly due to the rapid growth in the parcel volume, which boosted the demand for production capacity; 9. The increase in the line-haul vehicles in SEA was mainly due to the rapid growth in the Company’s parcel volume, which boosted the demand for line-haul vehicles; 10. The decrease in the number of line-haul vehicles of third-party carriers in China was mainly due to the seasonal fluctuations in parcel volume and the Company’s increasing the use of high-capacity vehicles.
