The Group's profit attributable to owners of the parent for the Reporting Period was approximately RMB1.52 million , representing a decrease of approximately 37.85 % when compared with that of the corresponding period of last year . The board ( the " Board " ) of directors of the Company ( the “ Directors " ) did not recommend the payment of any dividend for the Reporting Period .
