( the “ Company ” ) is pleased to announce the unaudited consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries ( collectively , the “ Group ” ) for the six months ended 30 June 2021 ( the " Reporting Period ” ) , together with the comparative figures for the corresponding period in 2020 as follows : FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS For the Reporting Period : Revenue increased by approximately 63.9 % to approximately RMB 12,375.4 million as compared with the corresponding period in 2020 . Gross profit increased by approximately 39.1 % to approximately RMB1,845.4 million as compared with the corresponding period in 2020 . Profit attributable to the shareholders of the Company increased by approximately 49.2 % to approximately RMB589.2 million as compared with the corresponding period in 2020 . Basic earnings per share increased by approximately 50.4 % to approximately RMB20.6 cents per share as compared with the corresponding period in 2020 . − 1 −
