The 2021 third quarterly report ( unaudited , the " Quarterly Report " ) contained in this announcement has been prepared in accordance with the China Accounting Standards of Business Enterprises and the requirements on preparation and disclosure of quarterly report issued by the Shanghai Stock Exchange , and has been approved by the Board of Directors ( the " Board " ) of Tsingtao Brewery Company Limited ( the " Company " ) .
