Sisram Medical Ltd 復 銳 醫療 科技 有限公司 * ( Incorporated in Israel with limited liability ) ( Stock code : 1696 ) INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30 , 2021 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS For the six months ended June 30 , 2021 : Revenue was US $ 125.3 million , increased by 74.7 % as compared to that for the six months ended June 30 , 2020 . Profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent was US $ 16.4 million , increased by 197.6 % as compared to that for the six months ended June 30 , 2020 . Net cash flows from operating activities for the period was US $ 20.8 million , as compared to US $ 0.1 million used in operating activities for the corresponding period in 2020 . INTERIM DIVIDEND The Board resolved not to declare any interim dividend for the six months ended June 30 , 2021 . RESULTS HIGHLIGHTS The board of directors ( the " Board " ) of Sisram Medical Ltd ( the “ Company ” or “ Sisram " ) is pleased to announce the unaudited consolidated results of the Company and its subsidiaries ( collectively referred to as the " Group ” or “ we ” ) for the six months ended June 30 , 2021 ( the " Reporting Period ” ) , together with the comparative figures for the corresponding period in 2020 .
