Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was approximately RMB5,498.14 million , representing an increase of 5.63 % over the corresponding period in 2020 . Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company ( excluding the effects of non - recurring gains or losses ) was approximately RMB5,432.44 million , representing an increase of 5.63 % over the corresponding period in 2020 . The board of directors ( the “ Board ” ) of CGN Power Co. , Ltd. ( the “ Company ” , “ we ” or “ us ” ) hereby announces the unaudited consolidated operating results of the Company and its subsidiaries ( the " Group " ) for the six months ended June 30 , 2021 ( the “ Reporting Period ” ) together with the comparative figures for the corresponding period in 2020.
