2 BUSINESS REVIEW • Leveraging the Company ’s continuous deepening of the insurance + health care synergistic model and the insurance + health and senior care membership model, as well as the rapid advancement of the corporate health management business, it recorded a total revenue of RMB3,724.6 million during the Reporting Period, representing an increase of 13.6% as compared with the same period of the previous year. The adjusted net profit reached RMB216.1 million, representing an increase of 45.7% as compared with the same period of the previous year. • During the Reporting Period, revenue from F-end and B-end corporate health management business increased by 21.5% year on year. In particular, for F-end business, the Company continuously enhanced the insurance + health care synergies and improved its product capabilities. At the same time, the Company worked in collaboration with Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. (ᎈ (ණྠ)ʮ̡ , “Ping An Group ”) to jointly introduce the “commercial insurance + health care fund + health care service ” products and accelerated the expansion of corporate customers to provide a comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-effective employee health management service system. For the first three quarters of 2025, the number of the enterprises cumulatively served exceeded 4,500, and the number of B-end paying users increased by 30.6% as compared with the same period of the previous year. • The Company collaborated with Ping An Group to consolidate traffic from the F-end and B-end corporate health management business, combine online and offline channels, and achieve the comprehensive application of AI enablement, thereby improving the closed-loop services which focus on the online service, and integrate with in-store, in-company, and in- home services. In respect of family doctors, leveraging the Peking University International Hospital and the World Organization of Family Doctors ’ dual-certified family doctor team, AI-enabled service and medical database capacity and premium “online, in-store, in-home, and in-company ” services, it offered precise guide and recommendation and proactive services, providing users with high-quality service experience. As of the end of the Reporting Period, it had a family doctor membership of over 40 million. In respect of home-based senior care, the Company continuously explored the heartwarming “insurance + home-based senior care” service model, and focused on the improvement in medical service, health management, emergency rescue and remote care service. As of the end of the Reporting Period, the number of users entitled to the home-based senior care service increased by 41% from the end of 2024. • During the Reporting Period, the Company further bolstered its AI capabilities. Enabled by in-depth application of AI technologies, the Company significantly improved quality and efficiency of its professional medical services. AI helped further improve the multidisciplinary team (MDT) complex disease treatment accuracy rate to nearly 90%, and cut family doctors ’ average service cost per customer by approximately 52% year on year. In the future, the Company will continue to expand the application of AI technologies in various complex diseases and business scenarios to help improve the efficiency and quality of medical services.

3 OUTLOOK Looking ahead, the Company will continue to strengthen synergies with Ping An Group and advance the digitalization and AI integration of its core services. By delivering a more seamless and integrated experience, it aims to enhance user reputation and satisfaction, thereby facilitating utilization and conversion of health care fund services.
