Stella International Holdings Limited 九 興 控股 有限公司 * ( Incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability ) ( Stock Code : 1836 ) PROFIT WARNING AND BUSINESS UPDATE OF THE GROUP FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2020 PROFIT WARNING This announcement is made by Stella International Holdings Limited ( the “ Company ” ) pursuant to Rule 13.09 ( 2 ) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ( the “ Listing Rules ” ) and the Inside Information Provisions ( as defined under the Listing Rules ) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance ( Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong ) . The board ( the " Board " ) of directors ( the “ Directors ” ) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company ( the “ Shareholders " ) and potential investors that , based on the preliminary review of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries ( collectively , the " Group " ) for the year ended 31 December 2020 , and information currently available to the Board , the Group expects to record a net profit within the range of US $ 0 million to US $ 5 million for the year , which will be well below the net profit of US $ 95.9 million for the year ended 31 December 2019. The expected breakeven in net profit is mainly attributable to : ( a ) * a significant decrease in shipment volumes during the year ended 31 December 2020 due to customers ' delay in or cancellation of orders and shipments as a result of the COVID - 19 pandemic ; For identification purpose only 1
