Based on the total 12,315,998,889 Shares before the implementation of the plan , all Shareholders were allotted 3 Shares for every 10 Shares . After the completion of the Capitalization Issue , the total Shares of the Company was adjusted to 16,010,798,556 Shares . In the calculation of earnings per share , the weighted average number of Shares for the six months ended 30 June 2021 and the six months ended 30 June 2020 were calculated based on the total Shares after the Capitalization Issue in accordance with HKAS 33 " Earnings per Share ” .
