( the “ Company ” or “ IMAX China " ) announces the unaudited consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries ( collectively , the “ Group ” ) for the six months ended 30 June 2021. The interim results have been reviewed by the Group's external auditor and the Audit Committee . INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce it has declared an interim dividend of US $ 0.028 per share ( equivalent to HK $ 0.217 per share ) for the six months ended 30 June 2021 to the Shareholders . The interim dividend will be paid on Friday , 27 August 2021 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company as at the close of business on Tuesday , 17 August 2021. There will be no scrip dividend option for the 2021 interim dividend . 1
