Nanshan Aluminium International Holdings Limited 南山 鋁業 國際 控股 有限公司 ( Incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability ) ( Stock Code : 2610 ) INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2026 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS For the six months ended 30 June 2026 , the revenue was approximately US $ 415.0 million , representing a decrease of approximately 30.5 % from approximately US $ 596.8 million for the corresponding period last year . For the six months ended 30 June 2026 , the profit attributable to equity Shareholders of the Company amounted to approximately US $ 62.7 million , representing a decrease of approximately 74.8 % from approximately US $ 248.2 million for the corresponding period last year . As at 30 June 2026 , the total assets amounted to approximately US $ 2,496.2 million , representing an increase of approximately 11.0 % as compared with that of approximately US $ 2,248.5 million as at 31 December 2025 . As at 30 June 2026 , the total equity attributable to equity Shareholders of the Company amounted to approximately US $ 2,053.5 million , representing an increase of approximately 10.2 % as compared with that of approximately US $ 1,863.5 million as at 31 December 2025 . The Board declared the payment of an interim dividend of HK $ 0.16 ( six months ended 30 June 2025 : HK $ 0.65 ) per Share for the six months ended 30 June 2026 .
