On 28 April 2021 , the Company's 2021 First Quarter Report was considered and approved at the thirty - fifth meeting of the sixth session of the Board of the Company . Of the nine Directors of the Company , eight attended the Board Meeting . Executive Director Mr. Li Mingguang could not attend the meeting due to other business , and gave written authorization to Executive Director Mr. Su Hengxuan to act as proxy to attend and vote at the meeting . The financial data of the Company for the first quarter of 2021 have been prepared in accordance with the China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises and are unaudited .
