This announcement is made pursuant to the Inside Information Provision under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance ( Cap 571 , Laws of Hong Kong ) ( as defined in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ( the “ Listing Rules " ) ) and Rule 13.09 ( 2 ) and Rule 13.10B of the Listing Rules . The board of directors ( the “ Directors " ) of the Company ( the " Board " ) is pleased to announce the results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the three months ended 31 March 2021 prepared in accordance with the PRC Accounting Standard for Business Enterprises ( the “ PRC GAAP " ) .
