CNBM China National Building Material Company Limited 中國 建材 股份有限公司 * ( a joint stock limited company incorporated in the People's Republic of China with limited liability of its members ) ( Stock Code : 3323 ) INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2021 The Group's unaudited revenue amounted to RMB121,870 million for the six months ended 30 June 2021 , representing an increase of 14.1 % as compared to the same period of 2020 . The unaudited profit attributable to owners of the Group was RMB7,959 million , representing an increase of 47.9 % as compared to the same period of 2020 . Basic earnings per share was RMB0.944 , representing an increase of 47.9 % as compared to the same period of 2020. The Board does not recommend the payment of an interim dividend . The Board of the Company announces the unaudited consolidated results of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2021 and the Group's consolidated financial position as of 30 June 2021 , together with its consolidated results for the six months ended 30 June 2020 and consolidated financial position as of 31 December 2020 for comparison . The unaudited consolidated financial information of the Group for the six months ended 30 June 2021 has been reviewed by the independent auditor , the Board and the audit committee of the Company . -1-
