Gross profit for the Period amounted to approximately RMB543.4 million , representing an increase of 107.6 % as compared with the corresponding period in 2020. Gross profit margin increased by 5.2 percentage points to 44.2 % . Profit for the Period amounted to approximately RMB318.9 million , representing an increase of 156.1 % as compared with the corresponding period in 2020 . The basic and diluted earnings per share for the Period were RMB16 cents , representing an increase of 100.0 % as compared with the corresponding period in 2020 . As at 30 June 2021 , the aggregate GFA under management and the aggregated contracted GFA amounted to approximately 165.1 million sq.m. , and approximately 221.7 million sq.m. respectively , representing an increase of 617.8 % and 540.8 % respectively as compared with corresponding period in 2020 . −1–
