YY Challenges & Strategies Highlights CFO: Cash from Operating Activities OCP: One Common Platform Business Review • In 3Q25, MFG business demonstrated its operational resilience, despite being a low season. YY’s adherence to demand-driven production planning, coupled with its focus on strengthening capacity allocation agility, contributed to more balanced production scheduling. Combined with efficiency improvements across all regions, these efforts collectively drove a sequential improvement in profit margins in 3Q. • Brand customers are adopting more conservative procurement strategies. Coupled with a high base effect, had led to a YoY decline in shipment volumes.
