The interim condensed consolidated financial information of the Company for the first half of 2026 has not been audited , but has been reviewed by the Board and the audit committee of the Company ( the " Audit Committee ” ) . For the Period , the Group achieved revenue of RMB3,045,481,000 , representing an increase of 0.87 % over the same period of the previous year . Operating loss was RMB428,106,000 , representing a decrease in loss of RMB709,546,000 over the same period last year . Loss attributable to the ordinary shareholders of the Company was RMB936,495,000 , representing a decrease in loss of RMB710,629,000 over the same period last year , of which , the after - tax core operating results of the Company's principal business ( excluding losses arising from the changes in fair value ) recorded losses of RMB770,708,000 , representing a decrease in loss of RMB705,169,000 over the same period last year . During the Period , the losses ( after taxation ) on changes in fair value of investment properties were RMB165,787,000 .
