Pursuant to applicable disclosure requirements promulgated by the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation , Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. , Ltd. ( the Company's ultimate controlling shareholder whose shares are listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation ) is required to disclose , on a date which is expected to be on or before November 14 , 2021 , certain unaudited consolidated financial information of the Group for the nine months ended September 30 , 2021 .
