( the " Company " , together with its subsidiaries , the " Group " ) is pleased to announce the unaudited consolidated results of the Group for the six months ended June 30 , 2021 ( the “ Review Period ” ) , together with the comparative figures for the six months ended June 30 , 2020 , which have been reviewed by the Company's audit committee ( the " Audit Committee ” ) . In this announcement , “ we , ” “ us , ” “ our ” and “ Angelalign ” refer to the Company and where the context otherwise requires , the Group . RESULTS HIGHLIGHTS Our revenue for the six months ended June 30 , 2021 was approximately RMB571.0 million , representing an increase of 85.0 % from approximately RMB308.7 million for the six months ended June 30 , 2020 . Our gross profit for the six months ended June 30 , 2021 was approximately RMB377.6 million , representing an increase of 78.3 % from approximately RMB211.7 million for the six months ended June 30 , 2020 . Our net profit for the six months ended June 30 , 2021 was approximately RMB95.7 million , representing an increase of 55.8 % from approximately RMB61.4 million for the six months ended June 30 , 2020 . 1
