The Group recorded profit attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK $ 206 million as compared to profit attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK $ 339 million in the same period of last year . Excluding the one - off non - recurring return of approximately HK $ 146 million arising from the disposal of Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited ( “ Shougang Resources ” ) during the same period last year , the profit attributable to the owners of the Company for the current period represents an increase of approximately 6.7 % from the same period last year . The basic and diluted earnings per share for the period were approximately HK2.50 cents . The basic and diluted earnings per share for the same period last year were HK4.77 cents . The Board has declared an interim dividend in the total amount of approximately HK $ 165 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026 ( six months ended 30 June 2025 : HK $ 271 million ) . On 27 March 2026 , the Board declared a special dividend in the aggregate amount of HK $ 470 million , comprising the first tranche of special dividend of HK $ 235 million , which was paid on 29 June 2026. The second tranche of special dividend of HK $ 235 million is payable on 29 December 2026 . INTERIM RESULTS The board of directors ( the " Board " ) of Shoucheng Holdings Limited ( the “ Company ” ) is pleased to announce the unaudited condensed consolidated interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries ( the " Group " ) for the six months ended 30 June 2026. These interim results have been reviewed by the Company's Audit Committee and auditor . 1
