Gross profit decreased by approximately 19.2 % to approximately HK $ 1,259.5 million for the six months ended 30 June 2021 as compared to approximately HK $ 1,558.6 million for the six months ended 30 June 2020. Gross profit margin decreased by approximately 10.5 % to approximately 53.5 % for the six months ended 30 June 2021 as compared to approximately 64.0 % for the six months ended 30 June 2020 . Loss attributable to equity holders of the Company was approximately HK $ 43.9 million for the six months ended 30 June 2021 as compared to profit attributable to equity holders of the Company of approximately HK $ 302.2 million for the six months ended 30 June 2020 . The Board has resolved not to declare an interim dividend in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2021 .
