This announcement , which contains the full text of the 2021 Interim Report of the Company , complies with the disclosure requirements for interim results announcement as stipulated in the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited . Printed versions of the Company's 2021 Interim Report will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company and available for viewing on the HKExnews website at www.hkexnews.hk and the Company's website at www.chinajinmao.cn by the end of September 2021 . The Board resolved to distribute an interim dividend of HK12 cents per share to the shareholders . The interim dividend will be distributed to the shareholders on or before Friday , 29 October 2021. The Company will separately publish an announcement on the closure of its register of members in relation to the interim dividend . Such announcement will be published at least ten business days before the closure pursuant to Rule 13.66 ( 1 ) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited . 1
