OSL OSL Group Limited OSL 集團 有限公司 ( incorporated in the Cayman Islands with limited liability ) ( Stock Code : 863 ) INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2026 HIGHLIGHTS * The Group delivered strong and sustain growth momentum , with significant year- over - year ( " YoY " ) increase across scale , revenue and adjusted non - IFRS income : _ Total transaction volume grew 241.3 % YoY to HK $ 172.0 billion from HK $ 50.4 billion ; Revenue increased 65.8 % YoY to HK $ 55,812.6 million from HK $ 33,671.4 million ; Adjusted non - IFRS income * rose 75.5 % YoY to HK $ 330.9 million from HK $ 188.6 million . The loss from continuing operations increased to HK $ 860.9 million YoY from HK $ 20.3 million , primarily attributable to fair value losses on digital assets and financial assets , together with continued investment in the strategic global expansion .
