Gross profit of approximately RMB7,525 million increased by 27.5 % Declared interim dividend of RMB10 cents ( or equivalent to HK12 cents ) per share , increased by 9 % year - on - year Contracted sales amounted to RMB136.2 billion with cash collection ratio from property sales achieved over 90 % As at 30 June 2021 , net debt - to - equity ratio decreased by 3.6 percentage points to 60.4 % compared with that as at 31 December 2020.
