CONCH 安徽 海螺 水泥 股份有限公司 Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited ( a joint stock limited company incorporated in the People's Republic of China ) ( Stock code : 00914 ) 2021 FIRST QUARTERLY REPORT In accordance with the applicable rules of the Shanghai Stock Exchange of the People's Republic of China ( the “ PRC ” ) , the quarterly report ( the “ Quarterly Report ” ) of Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited ( the “ Company ” ) and its subsidiaries ( together with the Company , the " Group " ) for the period between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021 ( i.e. the first quarter of 2021 ) ( the " Reporting Period ” ) will be published in newspapers circulating in the PRC on 28 April 2021.
