UNAUDITED CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE NINE MONTHS ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2025 This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong). The unaudited consolidated results for the nine months ended 30 September 2025 of China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited* (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries (the “Group”) are as follows. For the nine months ended 30 September 2025, revenue of the Group amounted to RMB22,221 million, representing an increase of 3.70% in revenue from continuing operations over the corresponding period of last year. In particular, revenue from the wind power segment amounted to RMB 19,144 million, representing a decrease of 1.82% over the corresponding period of last year, whereas revenue from the photovoltaic segment amounted to RMB 2,806 million, representing an increase of 64.82% over the corresponding period of last year, and revenue from other segments amounted to RMB 271 million, representing an increase of 19.26% over the corresponding period of last year. Net profit attributable to equity holders of the Company amounted to RMB4,613 million, representing a decrease of 19.84% over the corresponding period of last year.

– 2 – From January to September 2025, the Group recorded net additions of 2,274.19 MW of new energy consolidated installed capacity, including 1,134.70 MW of newly added consolidated installed capacity of wind power and 1,169. 49 MW of newly added consolidated installed capacity of photovoltaic, while reducing biomass power generation consolidated installed capacity by 30.00 MW. As of 30 September 2025, the Group’s total consolidated installed capacity reached 43,417.39 MW, including 31,543.47 MW of wind power, 11,867.82 MW of photovoltaic power, and 6.10 MW of other renewable energy. From January to September 2025, the average utilisation hours of wind power of the Group was 1,511 hours, representing a decrease of 95 hours as compared with that in the corresponding period of 2024, mainly due to the year-on-year decrease of wind speed. As of 30 September 2025, power generation of the Group on consolidated basis amounted to 56,546,706 MWh, representing a decrease of 0.53% over the corresponding period of 2024, excluding the impact of coal power, representing a year-on-year increase of 13.81%. In particular, wind power generation amounted to 46,187,944 MWh, representing an increase of 5.30% over the corresponding period of last year; and photovoltaic power generation amounted to 10,354,443 MWh, representing an increase of 77.98% over the corresponding period of last year.
