MedcoEnergi presented its production performance for the first half of 2026 , with Oil & Gas production reaching 170 mboepd , an increase of 19 % year - on - year . Gas accounted for approximately 72 % of total production , in line with growing regional gas demand . The Company maintains its 2026 guidance for Oil & Gas production of 165–170 mboepd and Oil & Gas capital expenditure of US $ 415 million . Based on the first quarter 2026 results , MedcoEnergi recorded revenue of US $ 668.3 million , an increase of 19.2 % year - on - year . EBITDA increased by 5.7 % to US $ 351.1 million , while net income increased by 282.3 % to US $ 67.4 million . " In the power business , Medco Power recorded power sales of 2,323 GWh in the first half of 2026 , an increase of 16.5 % year - on - year and in line with the 2026 guidance of 4,550 GWh . Renewables accounted for 26 % of installed capacity , remaining within the Company's long - term target range . MedcoEnergi maintained its growth momentum through operational discipline in executing key projects , supporting current production while strengthening the foundation for future growth . Senoro Phase 2A reached full onstream in June 2026 and Bualuang Renewal Plan Phase I came onstream in the second quarter of 2026 , while the Sakakemang development continues to progress towards first gas targeted in the third quarter of 2027.
