Dear Sirs , This is to inform the exchanges that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on today ie 10 November 2021 , inter alia , has approved the following . a ) The Board has declared the Interim Dividend of Rs . 2.15 per equity share of face value of Rs . 2 each . The Interim Dividend will be paid to the members whose names appear on the Register of Members / beneficiary ownership position as on the Record Date 19 November 2021. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or around 20 November 2021 by way of direct credit or dispatch of warrants / demand drafts or electronic mode to those who are entitled for the said Dividend . b ) Unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2021 of the Company's India standalone and consolidated global operations . Please find attached herewith the above mentioned unaudited financial results and limited review report issued by M / s . Walker Chandiok & Co LLP , the Statutory Auditors of the Company , on the above mentioned financial results .
