The Challenge EV and hybrid powertrains demand high-speed, low-noise (NVH) and thermally stable bearings in compact designs. The Solution Developed a high-speed deep groove ball bearing capable of ~20,000 rpm. Optimised cage design and internal geometry for low friction, reduced heat generation and enhanced durability. The Impact Delivered quieter operation, higher energy efficiency and improved drivetrain reliability. Successfully adopted by a leading EV and hybrid vehicle manufacturer.
