Chartered Accountants LLP , Statutory Auditors of the Company together with the said Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June 2026 are also enclosed herewith . 2 . We shall be uploading the aforesaid Financial Results on the Company's website and publishing the extract of the Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter ended 30 June 2026 in newspapers in the format as prescribed under Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations . Based on the respective recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company , the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Vikash Dokania as the Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ) of the Company with effect from 15 September 2026.
