Booked Area in Ashiana Amarah Phase 4 at Launch in Q2 FY25 (2.95 lsf), Launches in Q1FY26 included Aravali (0.74 lsf) andTarang Phase 6 (1.56 lsf), while Phase 2 of Swarang (0.23 lsf) was launched in Q2FY26.Average realization price of Q2FY26 at Rs. 7,346 vs Rs. 7,245 in Q1FY26. The same was Rs 9,223 in Q2FY25, higher realization was mainlydriven by bookings in Ashiana Amarah Phase 4 in Q2FY25.Equivalent area constructed (EAC) at 7.25 lakhs square feet in Q2FY26 vs 6.15 lakhs square feet in Q1FY26.
