Higher Booking in Q4 FY26 primarily driven by launch of Ashiana Aaroham Phase 1 & 2, Gururam (value of area sold at launch INR 833 Cr). •234 units were booked in Q1 FY27 vis-à-vis 665 units booked in Q4 FY26 and 407 units booked in Q1 FY26.•Acquired a piece of land admeasuring 28.55 acres (approx.) on outright purchase basis at Vadgaon, Taluka - Maval, District - Pune –412106, Maharashtra. This was the largest ever land deal by the company for development of a Senior Living project. The approximate saleable area at 20 lakhs sq. ft. with a sales value potential of INR 1,800 crores (approx.).•Handover commenced at Phase-1 of ‘Ashiana Nitara’ (Jaipur).
