( ii ) Approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June , 2021 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company . The financial results and Limited Review Report are enclosed pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations , 2015 .
