( ii ) Approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the second quarter and half year ended on 30th September 2021 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company . The unaudited financial results and Limited Review Report are enclosed pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations , 2015 .
