As required by the provisions of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations 2015 , ( LODR ) we enclose / furnish the following particulars . I. Financial Results 1. Unaudited financial results ( both standalone and consolidated ) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020 , which have been subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company - as Annexure I. 2. Copy of the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the corresponding period . 3.
