The said Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditor thereon are enclosed . b ) Resignation of Mr. Bhaunik Shah ( ICSI Membership No. A22949 ) from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer ( Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel ) and from all other statutory / designated positions held by him in such capacity , with effect from the close of business hours on August 14 , 2026 , due to internal role re - alignment . He shall continue to remain in the employment of the Company . The details , as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations , read with SEBI Master Circular updated as on January 30 , 2026 , are provided in Annexure - A. A copy of his resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure - A1 . c ) Appointment of Mr. Pradeep Joshi ( ICSI Membership No. F4959 ) as Company Secretary of the Company and Compliance Officer who would also be a Key Managerial Personnel , with effect from August 15 , 2026. Mr. Pradeep Joshi was appointed as the Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from July 13 , 2026 . The aforesaid appointment has been recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company . The details , as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations , read with SEBI's Master Circular updated as on January 30 , 2026 , are provided in Annexure - B.
