Performance Highlights & New Initiatives 4/23 Crop Protection Chemicals (CPC), Speciality Nutrients (SN) (including Biologicals) and Seeds Strong growth continues in CPC & SN • 32% growth in revenue and 26% growth in contribution y-o-y • 13 new CPC products launched in Q1 FY 25-26 out of 18 Products planned in FY 25-26 • 4 new SN products to be launched in Q2 FY 25-26 Biologicals • Robust increase in volume by 52% and 80% increase in revenue y-o-y. • New variant of water-soluble formulation of SUPERRHIZA to be launched in Q2 FY 25-26 • “UTTAM PRANAAM” (Bio Nano Phosphorus) launched in June 2024 is showing promising results • Biofungicide and Bionematicide to be launched in FY 25-26 Seeds • Entry into seeds business - Introduced two Hybrid variety Seeds in Q1 FY 25-26 • Two more products to be launched covering research and hybrid variety in Q2 FY 25-26 onwards Bulk Fertilisers • P&K Fertilisers substantial quantity sourced for Kharif and Rabi season to support the channel • Supportive DOF policies in restoring P&K fertilisers volumes • Urea volumes lower due to unscheduled stoppage of G2 plant • Timely Subsidy payments Marketing Initiatives • “Seed to Harvest” - Started DEMO of new molecules along with combination of various categories of product which helps in farmer awareness to showcase the product efficacy • Launched Uttam Krishi Pathshala - a webinar dedicated solely for educating farmer on various agricultural practices on social media platform • “Chambal Uttam Connect” mobile App response is very encouraging and ~ 30000 farmers registered in Q1 • Farmer call center “Hello Uttam Experts” at five locations helping farmers on right product dosage, weed control, insect pest management etc. Others Good performance of Joint Venture IMACID Morocco TAN (Technical Ammonium Nitrate) project progress on track Environment Wide-spread pre-monsoon rains lead to normal sowing area for focus crops such as Millets, Cotton, Sugarcane and Pulses etc., higher acreages being reported for Rice and Maize
