Management Commentary Commenting on the Results, Mr. Aditya Khemka, Managing Director said: ”Q3 FY26 marked another quarter of profitable growth and operational excellence for Aditya Infotech Limited. During the quarter, our revenue grew 37.3% to INR 1,139.1 crore, supported by scaled execution and robust demand for CP PLUS- branded IP cameras and our extensive STQC-certified portfolio. EBITDA surged 98.7% YoY to INR 144.6 crore with margins accretion by 391 bps YoY to 12.7%, driven by a favourable product mix, higher localization, and favourable operating leverage. Adjusted Profit After Tax increased 138.8% YoY to INR 96 crores. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 31.1% YoY to INR 2,798.8 crores, while EBITDA rose 100.5% YoY to INR 320.6 crores, with margins expansion by 395 bps YoY to 11.4%. Adjusted Profit After Tax for 9M FY26 stood at INR 198.9 crores, representing an increase of 138.6% YoY. On the technology front, we announced a landmark collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies to develop AI- enabled, insight-driven video security solutions for India’s industrial, enterprise, and public safety applications. The partnership combines CPPLUS’ product ecosystem and distribution strength withQualcomm’s edge AI hardware, on- device processing capabilities, and AI software platforms, with commercial availability is expected in the first quarter of 2026. Our multi-brand strategy allows us to serve customers across multiple price points. With our newly introduced product ‘Nexivue’, we are expanding our presence in rural and mass-market segments, including the unorganized sector, with products expected to reach the market by the end of February 2026. The exit of non-STQC brands has created a structural vacuum, positioning this multi-brand approach as a strategic advantage for us to maximize market share while preserving the premium positioning of CP PLUS. On the Marketing front, we are collaborating with acclaimed actor Vijay Sethupathi as our Brand Ambassador to strengthen our consumer presence in Tamil Nadu by making advanced security solutions more approachable, relevant, and culturally resonant for households and businesses alike. Further, we continued to strengthen our leadership in India’s video surveillance market, supported by favorable industry tailwinds and the shift toward STQC-certified solutions, which is driving consolidation in favor of home-grown players. With one of the most comprehensive STQC-certified product portfolios and strong local manufacturing capabilities, we are well positioned to consolidate market share. Our market share stood at ~38.9%, in Q2FY26 highlighting a significant market share gain of ~7.5% QoQ. For Q3 FY26, contribution from CP PLUS stood at ~87% of revenue with IP cameras forming nearly ~75% of our overall portfolio. To support this growing demand, we continue to scale manufacturing capacity, currently at 1.8 million units per month, with plans to scale to 2.1 million units per month by Q4 FY26. Backed by strong industry tailwind and disciplined execution, we are revising our FY26 outlook to reflect revenue growth at the upper end of the projected range and EBITDA margins of 11–12%. We are also increasing our PAT guidance to 7–7.5%, reinforcing our commitment to long-term value creation for all stakeholders. Aditya Khemka Managing Director 4
