The above results have been duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. January 29 , 2021. The Board meeting commenced at 12.00 noon and concluded at 2.20 p.m. In terms of Regulation 47 of the Listing Regulations , the extract of consolidated financial results , in the prescribed format , shall be published on January 30 , 2021 in all editions of Hindustan Times ( English Edition ) and Delhi - NCR edition of Hindustan ( Hindi daily ) .
