Further , the Board has recommended a dividend of 20 / - ( i.e. 1000 % ) per equity share of face value * 2 / - each for the financial year 2020-21 , subject to approval of the members at the ensuing 31st Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) . The dividend shall be credited / warrants thereof dispatched within 30 ( thirty ) days from the conclusion of the AGM . The AGM date and book closure date for the purpose of the payment of dividend will be announced in due course . In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) , Regulations , 2015 , we are enclosing herewith the following : 1.
