We have reviewed the accompanying statement of unaudited standalone financial results ('the Statement') of Electronics Mart India Limited ('the Company') for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) ('Listing Regulations'). 2. The Statement, which is the responsibility of the Company's Management and approved by the Company's Board of Directors, has been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard 34, Interim Financial Reporting ('Ind AS 34'), prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 ('the Act'), and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and is in compliance with the presentation and disclosure requirements of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations. Our responsibility is to express a conclusion on the Statement based on our review. 3. We conducted our review of the Statement in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410, Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity, issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A review of interim financial information consists of making inquiries, primarily of persons responsible for financial and accounting matters, and applying analytical and other review procedures. A review is substantially less in scope than an audit conducted in accordance with the Standards on Auditing specified under Section 143(10) of the Act, and consequently, does not enable us to obtain assurance that we would become aware of all significant matters that might be identified in an audit. The figures of the last quarter ended 3 I .\larch 2026 are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and published year to date figures upto the third quarter of the financial year, which were subjected to limfred re\~ew by the statutory auditors. 3. These unaudited consolidated financial results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and rncasur~ment principles laid down in Indian .-\ccounting Standards 34, Interim Financial Reporon g ('Ind . \ S 34'), prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies ,\cc, 2013 ( rhe .\ct') read with the relevant rules issued thereunder, other accounung principles generallr accepted in India and 1s in compliance with the presentation and disclosure requirement s of regulatio n 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requireme nrs) Regulations, 2015 (as amended ). 4. The Group operates in a single reportable segment viz retail and wholesale sales of consumer durable and electronics producrs through its retatl stores and online platforms . The Cluef Operating Decision i\laker (CODM') re\'iews the results as a whole when makmg dec1S1ons about allocating resources and assessing performance of the Group. :>. Exceptional items: a) ( )n 29 i\far 2025, a fire incident occurred in one of the Holding Company's godown, resulting in significant damage to inventorr valued at Rs. 81.72 million, which was written off during the quarter ended 30 June 2025 as exceptional item. The Holding Company received full and final settlement of msurance claim for Rs . ... 5.T mJllion against the claim during the quarter ended 31 December 2025, which was recogruzed as an excepuonal item. b) The 1-foldrng Compan y, dw·ing the previou s year, transferred its four "JQ" retail srores located in the scares of Telangana and ,\ndhra Pradesh, along with the related trademarks and certain Immo\·able assets bur excluding inventory, for a total consideration of t 80 nullion. The grun on disposal of such assets of t 76.65 million had been recognized as an exceptional item during the year ended 3 1 :-.larch 2026. c) The Government of India had merged vanous eXJsang labour laws into a umfied framework compri sing four labour codes, collecti\·ely referred to as the "New L1bour Code" .. -\ccordingly, the l lolding Company had recognized a one-time impact of t 42.63 millions in compliance with Ind . \ S 19, relating to changes m employee benefit obligations, and had presente d this amount as an exceptional item 111 the Statement of Profit and Loss for d1e quitrter ended 31 December 2025.
