Business Performance 2 Notable improvement in operating performance Liquidity of the company remains strong ▪ Revenue decreased by 15%, primarily due to lower sales volume. CSR activities Q1 FY27 - some snapshots CSR activities Q1 FY27 - some snapshots 20 Eradication of Hunger and Poverty • Supported the excavation and restoration of the water stream connecting villages across Solapur, Maharashtra by recharging 180 wells and 1270 borewells, directly and indirectly benefiting more than 4750 farmers. The initiative will bring agricultural land under irrigation, improve soil moisture, enhance crop productivity, and strengthen resilience against drought, contributing to sustainable agriculture and long-term water security for the region. • Water tanker support activity was conducted to address the water needs of local communities and ensured access to safe water for household consumption and daily usage. This heled to ensure improved access to water and regular water tanker supply. Animal Welfare • Renewed support for providing cattle feed to 85 cows and 22 calves at Lakulish Dham. This contributed to improved animal care standards, support the organization's day-to-day operations, and promote the sustainable management of the gaushala. • Extended support by distributing 100 plates and 200 bowls to help address the shortage of dining utensils within the facility. This is to ensure strengthening inclusive care by improving access to therapy, education, mobility training, and family counselling for individuals with deafblindness. • EMPOWERING CHILDREN WITH CEREBRAL PALSY :- Renewed partnership to continue providing neurodevelopmental and physiotherapy services for children with Cerebral Palsy. This is to ensure uninterrupted access to essential rehabilitation services, helping children improve their physical development and overall quality of life. Support to Differently Abled Promoting Gender Equality and empowering women • EMPOWERING WOMEN FARMERS FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE:-Organised a Seed Distribution Programe for single and widowed women farmers. Enabling single and widowed women farmers to strengthen their agricultural livelihoods, improve farm productivity, and move towards greater financial independence. • EMPOWERING RURAL WOMEN THROUGH VALUE ADDITION IN AGRICULTURE: -Inaugurated and handed over a Raisin (Kismis) Sorting, Grading, and Packaging Machine Unit to the Vitthal Ganga Women’s Farmer Producer Company. The initiative is expected to generate direct employment by enabling value addition through scientific sorting, grading, and branded packaging, the project will enhance income opportunities, improve market access and price realization for raisin producers, and strengthen the local agricultural value chain, contributing to sustainable rural livelihoods.

22 • INAUGURATION OF START-UP AND INNOVATION DIGITAL LAB : -Established a Start-up and Innovation Digital Lab at Poona College of Arts, Science & Commerce, Pune. The initiative will improve employability, encourage start-up development, and strengthen industry-academia linkage. • EMPOWERING WOMEN SURVIVORS OF VIOLENCE :-Virtual agreement signing ceremony was held for the renewal of the project under its third phase titled “POWER Hubs: Building Women-Led Branded Enterprises and Livelihood Pathways in Madhya Pradesh.” The project is expected to enhance economic independence and sustainable livelihood opportunities for women survivors of violence and marginalized women through women-led collective enterprises, market integration and entrepreneurship support. • SUPPORTING FARMERS THROUGH QUALITY RICE SEED DISTRIBUTION :- Distributed 315 kg of quality rice seeds to 63 economically vulnerable farmers across five villages, to support sustainable agriculture, improve crop productivity, and strengthen rural livelihoods. Impact: Initiative reduced the financial burden on economically vulnerable farmers, increased the area under cultivation, and strengthened the resilience and sustainability of rural farming communities. 23 Promoting Preventive Healthcare CSR activities Q4 FY26 - some snapshots CSR activities Q4 FY26 - some snapshots • MAMMOGRAPHY CAMP:- Conducted a breast cancer awareness session and mammography screenings for women with implementation partner Bharati Hospital, Pune. Enabled early detection and preventive screening for women above 35 years by providing comprehensive diagnostic services, including mammography and other essential health tests, ensuring timely medical consultation, increased awareness and cancer prevention. • INAUGURATION OF A TYPE 1 DIABETES SATELLITE CENTER:-Extended support to establish a dedicated Type 1 Diabetes Satellite Center, strengthening access to specialized diabetes carewith implementation partner Nexlyfe Clinico Laboratory . This is to ensure improved access to essential healthcare services, especially for early diagnosis and regular monitoring of diabetes at the community level. • BLOOD DONATION CAMP:- Blood donation camps were organized across all Finolex Industries Limited locations to encourage voluntary blood donation and strengthen community healthcare. The blood donation drives successfully collected 242 units of blood, strengthening the availability of life-saving blood support. Encouraged community participation and reinforced the spirit of social responsibility and humanitarian support among employees and communities. • AGREEMENT SIGNING FOR SUPPORT FOR CATARACT SURGERIES WITH H V DESAI EYE HOSPITAL:- Provided continued support for cataract surgeries and vision restoration services across Maharashtra. The initiative will help reduce avoidable blindness and visual impairment by enabling timely cataract treatment for underserved communities. • HPV VACCINATION DRIVE:- An HPV vaccination camp was conducted to protect children against HPV-related diseases through timely immunization along with Villoo Poonawalla Hospital. Reducing future risk of cervical and other HPV-associated cancers while promoting preventive healthcare. • Thalassemia Support:- Providing medicines and filters and conducting awareness sessions. Provided critical support to individuals suffering with thalassemia at Gujarat and Maharashtra with Implementation partner Thalassemia Society, KEM Hospital, Jankalyan Blood Bank • Diabetes Support:- Supporting patients with blood tests, awareness session and data collection for research. Provided critical support to individuals suffering with Diabetes. Vadodara, Gujarat, Daund, Karad, Satara, Jalgaon, Chennai and Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, Assam. • TB Support:- Providing medicine kits and conducting awareness sessions. Provided critical support to individuals suffering with TB at Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan.

This enhanced infrastructure supports, uninterrupted academic activities and improves the overall quality of education. ii) Renovated six Anganwadi centres across villages, creating safe, vibrant, and child-friendly learning environments. The renovated Anganwadi centres now provide a nurturing environment that promotes early learning, health, and overall child development. Improved infrastructure and educational reso urces have strengthened the quality of preschool education, benefiting young children, their families, and the wider community. • EMPOWERMENT THROUGH EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT :- Educational kits were distributed to students (includes school bags, water bottles, and stationery). By providing essential l earning resources at the beginning of the school year, the initiative ensured students could begin classes on an equal footing, reducing financial stress on families and enabling uninterrupted learning. • 16th ANNIVERSARY OF MUKUL MADHAV VIDYALAYA:- Mukul Madhav Vidyalaya celebrated its 16th School Anniversary with students from Kindergarten to Junior College through chocolate distribution, inspiring short films, fun games, and engaging activities.
