➢ Hospital business revenues grew 19% to INR 2,187 Cr versus INR 1,838 Cr in Q1FY26 ➢ Hospital Business Operating EBITDA* stood at INR 471 Cr, up 15.9%; while operating margin was at 21.5% versus 22.1% in Q1FY26. On a like-for-like basis, excluding the impact of the newly acquired / commissioned facilities, the Operating EBITDA margin* in Q1FY27 was ~22%, similar to Q1FY26. ➢ Q1FY27 hospital business ARPOB was at INR 2.71 Cr per annum vs INR 2.64 Cr in Q1FY26, up 2.6% ➢ Occupancy for the quarter stood at 68.7% versus 69.0% in Q1FY26 ➢ The company’s diagnostics business reported gross revenues of INR 407 Cr versus INR 369 Cr in Q1FY26 growing by 10.2%. ➢ Operating EBITDA Margin* of the diagnostics business (basis gross revenues) stood at 23.9% versus 23.0% in Q1FY26 Q1FY27 SNAPSHOT 7 *Excluding ESOP expenses of ~INR 31 Cr. • Occupancy was at 69%, similar to Q1FY26. Occupied beds increased to 3,418 compared to 2,928 in Q1FY26, a growth of 16.7%. • Revenue from focus specialties comprising Oncology, Neurosciences, Cardiac Sciences, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics and Renal Sciences grew 16.9% and contributed 62% to overall hospital business revenues. • Revenues from digital channels viz website, mobile application and digital campaigns witnessed a 18.2% YoY growth; contributed 29.2% to overall hospital revenues, compared to 29.5% in Q1FY26. • International Patient revenues grew 13% to INR 174 Cr in Q1FY27 vs INR 154 Cr in Q1FY26. The business contributed 7.5% to overall hospital business revenues compared to 7.9% in Q1FY26. CLINICAL EXCELLENCE & MEDICAL PROGRAMS 24 ➢ Fortis Escorts, Okhla Road, New Delhi and Fortis Escorts Hospital, Faridabad, inaugurated advanced Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical Systems. ➢ Fortis Hospital, Gurugram, launched India’s First Centre of Excellence for Myeloma & Lymphoma under the Institute of Blood Disorders. ➢ Fortis Hospital, Noida, launched the Institute of Neurosciences, aimed at offering comprehensive and integrated care for brain and spine disorders. *Above data pertains to Q1FY27 Augmenting Medical Programs ➢ Fortis Escorts, Okhla Road, New Delhi, conducted a 10-hour surgery to remove a rare cancerous tumour (abdominal sarcoma) weighing 14.5 kg from the stomach of a 55-year-old female patient. This is one of the largest and most complex abdominal tumour reported in the country. ➢ Fortis Hospital, Vasant Kunj, successfully treated a 51-year-old man suffering from Walled-Off Pancreatic Necrosis (WOPN), a rare and potentially life-threatening complication of acute pancreatitis, through an advanced robotic pancreatic necrosectomy.
