Exceptional items for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, comprise a charge of ₹ 716.86 million, (₹ 563.14 net of tax), towards: (a) ₹ 356.73 million ( ₹ 271.11 million net of tax) estimated to be non-recoverable following termination of contract by a client, based on the current progress of settlement discussions. (b) ₹ 283.74 million ( ₹ 215.64 million net of tax) of an indemnification of regulatory penalty to a c ustomer arising from non-fulfilment of contractual performance obligation. (c) ₹ 76.39 million of fair value adjustment on the contingent consideration payable on account of an earlier business combination. With respect to (a) above, the Group is in continuing discussions with the customer for recovery through contractual entitlement and with respect to ( b) above, the Group has filed for recovery through indemnity under its insurance policy and based on the policy coverage the Group remains optimistic about a favora ble outcome. The accounting principles used in the prepa ration of the segment information are consistently applied to record revenue and expenditure in individual business segments. Assets and liabilities used in the Group’s business are not directly identified to any of the operating segments, as these are used interchangeably be tween segments. Allocation of such assets and liabilities is not practicable and any forced allocation would not result in any meaningful segregation. Hen ce assets and liabilities have not been identified to any of the reportable segments by the Group. Financial highlights for Quarter ended June 30, 2026 • Revenues at ₹ 27,249 million (US$ 288 million), up 22.9% YoY • EBIT at ₹ 3,367 million or 12.4% of revenues, up 34.8% YoY • Adjusted PAT* at ₹ 2,222 million or 8.2% of revenue; and reported PAT at ₹ 1,659 million • Diluted EPS of ₹ 2.36 * Adjusted for exceptional charges of ₹ 563 million, net of tax, recognized during the quarter. This is a new logo for us. o We expanded our relationship with a leading public health system in the US for patient contact center and self-pay early-out services. o We secured a new deal with a US-based health insurance provider for customer experience services. o We were selected by a leading on-demand manufacturing marketplace in the US to provide account servicing and customer experience services. o We also expanded our relationship with a UK-based fiber broadband provider for customer experience services, delivered from South Africa. o We won a large deal from a leading international public transport and shared mobility operator for customer service operations across Europe. • In Q1FY27, Firstsource delivered broad-based progress across verticals.
