www.greenlamindustries.com ▪ The current quarter recorded revenues of ₹ 796.7 crores with a growth of 18.2% on YoY basis with revenues growing across segments except for engineered door business. The performance was broad-based, continued by momentum across both domestic and international segment ▪ Q1FY27 saw continued turbulence on geopolitical matters with Middle East war resulting in fluctuation in crude prices and crude linked commodities, foreign currency rates. This also resulted in substantial increase in freight costs, delay in container / vessel availability leading to postponement of exports by ~₹ 27 crs ▪ Chipboard facility continued to gain traction, recording a revenue of ₹ 94.6 crores, YoY growth of 205.2% and QoQ growth of 18.5% ▪ Gross profit during the quarter grew by 17.9% and stood at ₹ 421.4 crores. Gross margins declined by 20 bps on YoY basis to 52.9% ▪ EBITDA prior to forex fluctuations grew by 48.2% and stood at ₹ 81.1 crores. EBITDA margins expanded by 210 bps on YoY basis on the back of revenue growth, cost controls and operating profit in decorative veneer, engineered floor and chipboard segment. The chipboard business also turned into operating profit in the current quarter with pre-forex EBITDA of ₹ 3.4 crores ▪ Net profit for the quarter stood at ₹ 21.2 crores as against net loss of ₹ 15.7 crores in Q1FY26 ▪ Working capital days improved by 3 days to 56 days in the current quarter on YOY basis and net debt as on 30th June 2026, stood at ₹ 933.7 crores Key Highlights 18
