The Board of Directors has today approved the Unaudited ( Consolidated & Standalone ) Financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 , 2021. The Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors on the aforesaid Consolidated & Standalone Financial results of the Company are enclosed at Annexure- B. 3. The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs.10 / - per equity share of Rs.2 / - each of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22 . The Record date of October 23 , 2021 fixed for the payment of the aforesaid interim dividend has been confirmed by the Board of Directors .
