The Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 , 2021. In this regard , we are enclosing the said results along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30 , 2021 as required under Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations . 2. Based on the recommendation of Audit Committee , appointment of M / s Chhajed & Doshi , Chartered Accountant ( Firm Registration No. 101794W ) as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company to audit financial statements of the Company along with the existing Statutory Auditors V. Shankar Aiyar & Co. ( Firm Registration No. 109208W ) in terms of the Reserve Bank of India guidelines on appointment of joint auditors dated April 27 , 2021 subject to approval of shareholders of the Company .
